- What shipping carrier do you use?
Our primary carrier is FedEx; however we can also ship via UPS. For Larger shipments we use a variety of LTL carriers. Scroll down to see our shipping transit times.
- Can I use my own carrier account to ship my order?
Yes, Goldline Graphics accepts 3rd party shipping.
- Is there a charge for 3rd party shipping?
No! We do not charge a fee for 3rd Party shipments.
- Can I drop ship to different locations across the country?
Yes, Goldline Graphics can drop ship your order directly to your customer anywhere in the USA.
- Is there a fee charged for drop shipments?
Yes. Due to extra labor and packaging materials, Goldline Graphics charges a $ 3.50 fee per each drop shipment location.
- Where do you ship from?
Most of our items are printed in-house at our graphics plant in New Orleans, LA. We also ship some items from China that we import.
- Will my customer see Goldline Graphic’s name as the sender on his/her shipping label.
No! Goldline Graphics ships blind and does not include company information on its labels.
- How much is your set-up fee?
Zero! Goldline Graphics will not charge you a set-up fee.
- Do you charge for proofing?
No! Goldline Graphics does not charge you for proofing.
- Is the art design included on your price?
No it’s not! As industry standard, our prices are based on our clients providing us with print ready art.
- What forms of payment do you accept for pre-payment?
All Major Credit cards are accepted for pre-payment of orders.
